The Package Pickup Center is located in the 回来 of 猎鹰旅行. 学生 can pick up packages delivered to them on campus with their BG1 Card.

学生 will need to enter the vestibule closest to 猎鹰旅行 to access the window service. There will be a phone number to call once you arrive. The rest of the union will be closed the entire week.

常见问题解答

I have an e-mail from the sender saying that my package has been delivered, why isn’t it at the Package Center yet?
  1. Packages are first delivered to the Campus Post Office, processed into our package tracking system, and then delivered to the Package Center. This process can take 1-2 days.
  2. We do not process packages on the weekend, so anything received on a Saturday may not be available at the Package Center until Tuesday.
How often does the Campus Post Office deliver packages to the Package Center?
  1. Deliveries are made by 2pm each day, with additional deliveries at the beginning of the semester. 
  2. These times may vary, and there may be additional deliveries at the beginning of the semester. 
What do I need to bring?

Please bring a photo ID, preferably your student ID. Your package will not be delivered to you without a photo ID, even if you know your student ID number.

Can someone else pick up a package for me?

是的. However, you MUST send an e-mail to the Package Center at packagectr@nbshgold.com authorizing another person to pick up the package for you. Please include your name, and the name of the person picking up the package.
